Contestants  should be a current or former titleholder in the Puppy and Trainer community who has not had an opportunity to compete at IPTC. (exceptions  on a case-by-case basis), at least 21 years of age at the time of the contest, prepare and donate an auction basket to contribute to the winner’s title fund regardless of contest outcome and present at the contest in Chicago, IL, USA.

Additionally contestants must participate in all portions of the contest, are allowd only have one backstage assistant/contestant handler at a time, unless there is an accessibility need, due to limited space backstage. There is an application fee, with consideration for hardship if requested.
