How to Argue 101

Class Description:
Most of us were taught math, science, and history in school—but not how to navigate tough conversations when emotions are high. We’re expected to just “get along,” without ever being given the tools to handle conflict with compassion and clarity.

Disagreements happen. Feelings get hurt. Tempers flare. And without a framework, these moments often lead to disconnection instead of growth.

This class is about changing that.

We won’t sugarcoat it—this is hard work. There are no quick fixes for life’s complex relationship dynamics. In this class, we’ll explore:

-
What a shared mindset agreement looks like—and why it matters
-
How to set clear rules of engagement (and actually stick to them)
-
A practical, respectful framework for navigating conflict—especially in hierarchical relationships
Even nations have the Geneva Convention—why not your relationship?

Please note, this class is from my experience- I am not a professional therapist. This class is for everyone of all types of hierarchical relationships (or single!) and all configurations of love (queer, straight, poly, mono, etc).
