This vest is special because it is the only time that Oregon title holders, held their titles for two years. Covid hit, kink and leather lives stopped, events shut down, the community work that title holders usually do, could not be done. There was a decision to carry titles through 2020. I was one of the people that did so.

Hopefully, our country will never go through something again that puts entire lives on hold for any length of time.
